Job Summary:

Under the director of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing our social media presence, planning and supporting trade shows, and creating compelling marketing collateral and catalogs. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for beauty and personal care, and proficiency in marketing software to effectively execute campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop, execute, and manage engaging social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Create and schedule high-quality content (posts, videos, stories) aligned with brand messaging.

Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.

Build followers by follows and engagement on like-kind pages and beauty influencers

Trade Show Planning and Support:

Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, and materials.

Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure seamless representation of products and services.

Attend trade shows to provide on-site support and ensure successful execution.

Marketing Collateral and Catalog Development:

Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, sell sheets, and presentations.

Maintain a consistent brand image across all materials.

Work with internal teams and vendors to manage production timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Content Creation and Coordination:

Collaborate with product development, sales, and design teams to create marketing assets that showcase product features and benefits.

Maintain an up-to-date library of marketing materials and ensure accurate information.

Data and Software Utilization:

Utilize marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot) to create and manage campaigns.

Analyze data from marketing efforts to track performance and optimize strategies.

Brand Representation:

Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand’s tone, identity, and strategic goals.

Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Hootsuite, or other social media scheduling tools.
