Marketing Coordinator
Highlands Landscaping & Fencing, Denver’s highest rated landscape construction company, is looking for a motivated and excited individual to join our team. In 2025 we are poised for growth with new offerings and an expanded territory, so there is plenty to be done. We are hiring a creative and detail oriented individual to enhance and promote our brand across the metro Denver area.

With over a decade of experience providing quality landscaping design and services to our Denver neighbors, Highlands Landscaping and Fencing is well known and respected for our professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our landscaping services
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO)
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
Assist in the creation of content for marketing materials, such as brochures, website copy, and blog posts
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives
Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses for marketing campaigns
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications/Skills:
Reporting skills
SEO knowledge
Website, blogging, content management
Social media marketing including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor Ads
Direct mailers
Art and content direction
Independence
Sponsorships support as necessary
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Associate Degree preferred
1-2 years office experience
Prior experience in a marketing roles is preferred
Schedule and Compensation:
Part-time hours are Monday through Friday with flexibility to choose your own schedule
Compensation: $30.00- $35.00 an hour depending on experience
