Marketing CoordinatorDKS Associates, a recognized leader in transportation engineering and smart mobility, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator tojoin our teamin Portland, OR. Thisdynamicrole calls for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and driven professional to oversee the coordination and preparation of proposals and qualifications, interviews, and other marketing-related activities. Collaborating closely with marketing staff, Project Managers, and Business Development Leaders across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, and Texas, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting firmwide initiatives.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Portland office. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong time management skills, exceptionalattention to detail, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines while fosteringcollaborationand enhancing processes.
What will you be doing?
Proposal coordination and preparation.
Coordination and production of interview materials and qualifications.
Work with technical staff to ensure strategic client interface with existing and targeted new clients is consistently occurring.
Support the maintenance of marketing organizational systems and databases.
Assist in the development of marketing collateral including the photo library.
Identify, research, and track project solicitations and leads.
Collaborate with teaming firms and subconsultants.
Involvement in local SMPS chapter.
Gain and maintain an understanding of firm practices and the overall transportation engineering/planning profession.
Support staff in other office locations as needed (on occasion, candidate may have to travel to another office to support marketing production and/or interview preparation needs).

What are we looking for?
Two (2) years’ A/E/C experience producing custom proposals for public and private sector clients.
BS or BA degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with adiverse teamof engineers and subconsultants through the proposal preparation and interview process.
Ability to display proposal information to highlight points of differentiation while in compliance with RFP requirements.
Experience creating customized content specific to the nature and requirements of proposals.
Coordination of interview preparation, providing effective feedback, and coaching presenters for improvement.
Strong written and oralcommunication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office applications is required.
Effectivecollaborative workstyle in ateam environment.
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills withattention to detail.
