Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Marketing Initiatives: Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and web platforms to help elevate the firm’s brand.
Leverage Marketing Technology: Learn and utilize marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Support Financial Advisors: Help advisors with their marketing needs by providing guidance on branding, social media, and local campaigns.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and promoting firm-hosted events, such as forums and annual meetings.
Content & Social Media Management: Help maintain and update the firm’s website and social media channels to ensure content is engaging and on-brand.
Project Coordination: Support multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and execution is smooth.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and branding
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, or CRM software) is a plus but not required
