Monday – Friday 7:45am – 4:15pm

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key part in supporting the development, execution and optimization of marketing strategies across various channels and departments. The marketing coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent message and branding while helping drive engagement, awareness, and increase sales. The marketing coordinator stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. Day to day, he or she may create or coordinate content, update company websites, attend sales meetings, assist with company events, and support all marketing strategies.

Qualified individuals will be able to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. They will be self-motivated, flexible, extremely organized, very detail-oriented, confident, a strong problem solver, and able to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional

Conceptualize and design social graphics, promotional elements, digital communications, print collateral under the direction of the Marketing Director

Update and manage Charlie’s Produce Online Ordering platform with product photos, banner ads and suggested product tools

Assist with email marketing campaigns by creating content and designing email templates using platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp

Contribute to the development of a social media strategy, help create content and post across all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

Update and manage company website(s) with blog posts and graphics representing the brand and seasonal product

Provide marketing support to the sales teams, other Charlie’s Produce locations and various departments as needed

Monitor and maintain inventory of printed promotional materials
