Are you a visionary leader with a passion for brand strategy and creative direction? We are seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to drive brand initiatives and elevate brand presence.
Overview:
This pivotal role involves shaping the brand image through innovative visual identity and impactful campaigns. You will lead a team of creative specialists to develop and deploy brand materials across digital platforms, retail environments, and social media that resonate with our consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and differentiate our brand.
Creative Development and Management: Lead a team of graphic designers and freelancers to execute brand vision and create compelling content.
Social Media Innovation and Leadership: Drive growth and innovation in our social media presence, enhancing engagement and sales impact.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and creative teams to align social media initiatives with key business objectives.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Own the measurement of KPIs related to brand awareness and social media engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and social media management.
Strong understanding of product go-to-market strategies.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Experience in digital marketing and ecommerce environments.
