A fast-growing security technology company is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing, branding, and lead generation initiatives. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining a digital presence, managing marketing assets, and ensuring effective communication with a B2B audience. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage outsourced teams, oversee multiple campaigns, and drive measurable results. This is a flexible position, with 2-3 days per week of in-office presence in Brooklyn while working remotely the remainder of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

– Website Development & Management: Oversee the redesign and maintenance of a new website, ensuring high-quality copy, UI/UX design, and graphics. – Landing Pages & Digital Assets: Develop and manage landing pages, ad creatives, and all necessary marketing collateral across multiple platforms. – Campaign Management: Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant B2B platforms. – Industry-Specific Branding: Build distinct branding strategies for key verticals, including construction, residential multifamily real estate, automotive dealerships, warehouses, manufacturing, and self-storage. – Social Media & Content: – Create and manage social media profiles for the company and employees. – Post and engage with audiences on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

– Produce and edit video content for social channels. – Respond to inbound messages and interactions. – Sales Enablement: – Craft and design marketing support materials for the sales team, including proposals, testimonials, and case studies.

– Coordinate testimonial interviews and collect data for marketing insights. – Support outbound sales efforts through cold email campaign creation

– CRM & Performance Tracking: Ensure seamless CRM integration to track and analyze marketing activities, lead generation, and conversion metrics. – Outsourced Team Management: Oversee and coordinate remote agencies, freelancers, and outsourced team members handling design, copywriting, and campaign execution. – Marketing P&L Ownership: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that generate high-quality leads for both internal and external sales teams. Qualifications: – Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within industries like security, construction, real estate, or technology. – Proven ability to create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, email, and social media). – Strong understanding of branding, UI/UX, website development, and ad creative design. – Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other B2B marketing platforms. – Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and digital marketing analytics. – Experience with video editing and content creation is a strong plus. – Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and manage multiple outsourced resources without requiring micromanagement. Compensation: Competitive, based on experience. Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Brooklyn office – remainder remote).
