Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, focusing on performance marketing and digital strategies. This position requires a blend of creativity, detailed oriented and organizational skills to enhance our brand presence and drive new engagement.

Duties

Passion and understanding of free-standing emergency center services (training will be provided)
Effective and proactive communications skills
Demonstrates exceptional public relations skills
Goal and results oriented
Teachable and open to guidance and direction
Courteous and polite with the public, patients and staff
Self-motivated and works well independently
Can lift up to 50 pounds and has the ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
Represents and elevates the company brand in the Mid County area, which includes but is not limited to Port Arthur, Nederland, Port Neches, Groves, and Sabine Pass.
Builds and nurtures positive relationships within the medical community, school districts, the chamber of commerce’s, local community organizations, and alike industries, through community outreach and involvement.
Assistance in annual events, fundraisers, community events, contests and table events.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and billboards.
Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and services offered.
Manage a weekly and monthly budget for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check and DMV background check.
Proven experience in marketing or public relations and digital marketing is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms are essential.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creativity.
Ability to work collaboratively with the executive team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
