HR & Marketing Coordinator

We are a small business with a big opportunity for YOU! We are looking for an HR & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is based at our headquarters office in Wynnewood, PA. HR responsibilities will include coordinating the company groups benefits and insurance, payroll, HR compliance, and recruiting administration processes, as well as coordinating onboarding and separation procedures. Will also provide support for employee engagement programs and events, including employee training. Marketing responsibilities will include providing administrative support for key sales and marketing programs including digital marketing and social media, leasing-related events and programs, and print and promotional materials. Will also provide training administrative support in both HR and sales & marketing.

A high school diploma is required. An associates degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred. At least 2 years of progressive experience working in a business, retail, or hospitality setting with HR duties and/or sales & marketing responsibilities is required.
