Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the financial services industry while developing skills in digital marketing, paid media, and communications.
Responsibilities:
Work with all agents on our team with their workshop marketing.
Work hand in hand with our mailhouse to create mailings and get them sent out.
Work hand in hand with our online platform for creating digital jobs.
Provide assistance in locating workshop locations and confirming dates, times, and pricing.
Provide general administrative support to the Glover Financial team as needed.
Requirements:
Prefer, but not required, someone who is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or has a Bachelor’s degree.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic understanding of paid media advertising principles and analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
Availability to work 25 hours per week. With potential for more hours as the department grows.
