About The Company
Our client is a top performing realty team under the umbrella of a larger international firm. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will oversee marketing campaigns including e-blasts, mailers, brochures, and pitch materials consistent with their brand guidelines, creative direction, and design.
Responsibilities
Accompany brokers during photo shoots and write listing descriptions
Create and update marketing materials; handle the copywriting and design layout of brochures and postcards
Assisting with the online social media presence by working closely with the social media manager
Create and send marketing e-blasts; compose and schedule email marketing campaigns including listing advertisements, open house announcements, newsletters, or any other communication
Produce and update marketing materials using existing team and company-branded templates
Responsible for CRM database maintenance, lead generation, and managing client relations
Act as a liaison between the corporate PR team and marketing team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a background in communications, marketing, real estate, or public relations
1+ years of real estate industry experience preferred
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) and Adobe Acrobat experience
A refined, sophisticated design aesthetic with strong typographic and layout skills
Copywriting and composition skills
An eye for detail/proofing, design, and understanding of branding
Salary Range
$75,000-$90,000
