Key Responsibilities
Create and design engaging digital and print marketing materials, including signage, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and advertisements to support both ongoing promotions and new developments.
Manage and optimize SEM and PPC campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand exposure.
Analyze and monitor the performance of Internet Listing Services (ILS) to ensure ad spend is allocated effectively and marketing efforts drive conversions.
Upload and maintain property promotions in the Yardi system, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
Support marketing strategy by assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns for new property developments, corporate branding initiatives, and digital engagement efforts.
Provide graphic design and content support for cross-departmental needs, including HR, leasing, and resident engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
A degree/diploma in Marketing from a recognized College or University.
Experience in a marketing role, with an emphasis on digital marketing and content creation.
Experience in SEM and PPC advertising.
Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
Design knowledge and skills to use Canva, Photoshop, and other graphic design software.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
