Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator located in Athens, GA at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for communication, agent support, event coordination, social media management and project management to promote the company’s real estate services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
Experience using Microsoft products (ie. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience in social media management and content creation
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong customer service and project management capabilities
Excellent time management skills
Experience in event coordinating
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of real estate industry trends is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
