Offering personalized, one-on-one client experiences
Understanding the fits and features of our products to match customers’ needs
Managing inventory and contributing to merchandise buying decisions based on trends and customer desires
Merchandising products to create visually captivating displays and assortments
Utilizing Strut’s Instagram to maintain and grow our long-standing brand presence
Getting creative with graphic design creating weekly marketing emails to further strengthen Strut’s brand
Translating our product offerings and brand stories to customers within the boutique
Insight and ability to communicate upcoming merchandise to generate excitement among customers.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $24 per hour, with the potential for higher rates based on experience. In addition to base pay, Strut offers growth opportunities, the chance to travel to trade shows and designer showrooms in NYC and LA, and the opportunity to work directly with the owner and top-tier brands to gain insight into the buying process.
