opportunity has arisen for a Marketing, Communications & Community Coordinator to join Wellington Square Shopping Centre. This role is key in delivering an
impactful
marketing strategy, driving
community engagement
, and delivering
exciting
events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Developing and executing a marketing strategy to enhance the centre’s profile and increase footfall.
* Managing digital channels, including social media, website updates, and community portals.
* Organising and delivering engaging events, including seasonal campaigns and community activations.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, local businesses, charities, and stakeholders.
* Acting as a key representative for Wellington Square, attending networking events and strengthening external partnerships.
* Supporting the Centre Manager with reporting, administrative tasks, and acting as Duty Manager when required.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:
* Experience/ understanding in marketing and events.
* Strong
communication
and relationship management skills.
* A creative, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Confidence using digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
* A commercial approach, with experience managing budgets and maximising marketing impact.
* A marketing qualification is desirable but not essential.
