Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving strategy, ideation, execution, and optimization for Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing programs. In this role, they will create, improve, and implement processes and systems related to marketing productivity, driving best practices in marketing automation, managing data governance across our systems, and uncovering analytics to drive business results.
The person in this role must be results-driven and will be responsible for creating processes in support of measuring and improving marketing KPIs. This position will work cross-functionally to meet our marketing technology goals, automate manual processes, improve database integrity, and achieve business objectives through digital and paid media channels. This role is a temporary maternity cover position.
Responsibilities:
Ideate on and execute Marketo campaigns & email sends
Extract key learnings from campaigns to share with the broader team to improve future campaign performance
Manage, maintain, and optimize Marketo processes to establish best practices and drive cross-functional adoption
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with Marketo and other business systems
Provide support for internal Marketo users and troubleshoot issues
Improve the health of Marketo’s database by managing list upload and data cleansing efforts like normalization and deduplication
Facilitate the integration of third-party tools and software with Marketo
Own database segmentation and tagging efforts for tailored program messages for targeted audiences across specific business segments, industries, and purchasing roles
Support essential marketing automation initiatives such as lead scoring and lead nurture
Support ABM efforts with account-related data augmentation and segmentation from Marketo, Demandbase, CMD, and other systems
Audit, improve, and optimize our digital channels including paid search, paid social, and retargeting
Skills:
Ability to communicate across a variety of experience levels
Solid analytical skills and a strong understanding of technical concepts
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
Data stewardship skills including data manipulation in MS Excel
Knowledge of front-end web development, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript
