The Social Media Associate will be responsible for managing the execution of our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with experience in content creation, social media management, digital analytics, as well as a strong passion and understanding of trends and social media innovations. The ideal candidate balances creativity and strategy to craft engaging social content.
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strategic social media content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our social platforms are amplifying key initiatives across the company.
Develop compelling content optimized for each platform as well as engaging post copy aligned with our brand voice and messaging.
Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the Brand Creative team to ensure we are leveraging platform best practices while staying true to our brand.
Monitor and manage social listening, identifying relevant trends and audience insights.
Report on trending topics across social platforms and in the news to inform content strategy.
Track and report on key performance metrics across all social platforms.
Analyze performance to identify opportunities for optimization and adjustment to the creative approach.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related skill set
2+ years working experience in social media management and content creation across various social platforms
Excellent writing and editing skills focused on social media
Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social or similar).
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mind who also leverages data and insights to develop engaging social content.

Highly motivated, well organized, capable of executing a plan, and able to communicate status effectively
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm

Ability to succeed within a cross-functional team prioritizing collaboration
Capacity to prioritize and juggle projects simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced working environment with a willingness to learn

Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
$60,000 – $70,000 a year
This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 10% of base salary
