Summary
As a Dental Assistant at Greenlake Dental, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences and supporting our dental team. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our clinic while providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient procedures.
Maintain infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Support front office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of dental software such as Dentrix is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of infection control practices and medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
