Position Summary:
Works under the general supervision of the Deputy Director who defines overall objectives to be achieved. The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and ensure all marketing and communications are aligned with PGAHC’s strategic goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee marketing aspects of PGAHC’s brand and enhance relation with key stakeholders and partners
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate the PCAHC’s mission, programs, and impact to key audiences, including donors, volunteers, and the general public.
· Manage Marketing Platform: Cultural Arts Study
· Manage the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels, such as websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases, to increase awareness and support for the organization’s initiatives.
· Manage all aspects of PGAHC’s social media presence (PGAHC website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
· Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all internal and external communications.
· Cultivate and maintain media relationships to secure coverage that highlights the organization’s programs, events, and achievements, enhancing public perception and engagement.
· Collaborate with fundraising and program teams to align marketing and communications efforts with development goals, ensuring cohesive campaigns that drive donor engagement and volunteer participation.
· Other duties as assigned
Experience/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or public relations with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
· Proven work experience in management, marketing, and communications
· Proven results in managing social media platforms and analytics technologies to engage a diverse audience
· Experience managing media relations
· Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
