Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about developing and expanding brands. In this role, you’ll help drive marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio, including responsibilities for new business acquisitions, franchising initiatives, multi-location campaigns, and advertising efforts. You will be directly involved in scheduling content, creating ad campaigns, and executing comprehensive marketing programs across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for multiple brands across Health & Beauty, Property Management, and Home Services.
Work on expanding franchising opportunities through effective networking and creative marketing initiatives.

Campaign Management:

Schedule and manage content for social media, digital campaigns, and print materials.
Develop creative advertising campaigns, including national and multi-location strategies.

Creative Production:

Create engaging media and ad content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Design and produce high-quality print materials to promote key executive players and brand initiatives.
Photograph/Record content

Performance & Analytics:

Directly track ROI and performance indicators for marketing campaigns, leads, and sales.
Report on campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize growth and revenue.

Digital & Web Marketing:

Contribute to website development and maintenance to ensure a cohesive brand presence online.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and campaigns.
Participate in rigorous, multi-step interview processes and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Additional Duties:

Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to our office dress code.
Availability to work weekend hours and participate in high-intensity projects for performance bonuses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience [REQUIRED but will consider portfolio] in a marketing role, preferably within a multi-brand or executive environment.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of business development, digital marketing, content scheduling, and ad campaign development.
Self-motivated with a passion for growing brands and a track record of measurable success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with website development and analytics tools is a plus.
Must be willing to work in an office setting, with flexibility for remote work based on performance.

Pay: $54,201.00 – $92,101.00 per year
