Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our new and former clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. Presenting additional services and pricing to clients to initiate sales is a crucial aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of entrepreneurial drive, marketing expertise, and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively communicate with clients and manage their expectations.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Manage client communications through various channels, including email marketing, phone calls, trade shows, etc.
Create engaging content for campaigns, utilizing skills in copywriting and content marketing.
Oversee department growth initiatives, ensuring that client feedback is incorporated into product development.
Assist in budgeting processes related to client projects and marketing campaigns.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline communication and enhance client engagement.
Partner with other companies to perform direct mail, digital marketing, etc as needed.
Analyze client data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
Train, motivate, and track the efforts of a small staff in their sales and outreach efforts.
Experience
Entrepreneurial skills recommended to build the department.
Proven experience in client relations or account management roles.
Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and tools.
Experience in product management, including the ability to gather insights from clients for product improvement.
Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing materials.
Previous experience in sales.
Compensation
$21.00 per hour plus commission.
