Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Caller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in telemarketing or inside sales. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
Communicate clearly and persuasively with potential customers to understand their needs.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
