Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to support our marketing efforts and enhance our firm’s presence in the community. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growth-oriented, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Google Business Profile Management:
Maintain and update Google Business Profile pages.
SEO Support:
Collaborate with our SEO vendor and attorney to create engaging and informative website content.
Review Acquisition:
Proactively work to obtain and manage client reviews.
Social Media Management:
Create and maintain content for the firm’s social media profiles, fostering engagement and building brand awareness.
Email Marketing:
Maintain client and attorney e-newsletters, ensuring timely and relevant communication and content.
Referral Relationship Management:
Cultivate and strengthen client and attorney referral relationships through personalized gestures.
Introduce the firm to new referral sources and organize networking events.
Community Engagement:
Develop and implement thoughtful community support initiatives.
Marketing Data Tracking:
Track and maintain marketing data, providing insights and reports on campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
Strong writing and content creation skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A passion for helping people and a commitment to serving the community.
No legal experience or knowledge required, but willingness to learn.
Compensation:
Starting salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
