Position Overview
Type: Full Time
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Location: 250 E. Dry Creek Rd, Suite 202B, Littleton, CO 80122
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor social media interns, providing guidance and direction for content creation and campaign execution
Plan, coordinate, and oversee company participation in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events
Direct and supervise remote content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials
Manage relationships with remote contractors, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards
Handle vendor communication and negotiations to secure optimal services and materials
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and events

Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or related field
Proven track record of successfully managing teams, preferably including remote staff
Experience planning and executing events or trade shows
Proficiency in social media management and content marketing strategies
Strong capability in understanding, analyzing, and communicating marketing analytics and reporting (SEO, Google AdWords, social media metrics, etc.)
Ability to create data-driven reports and translate complex analytics into actionable insights for clients and team members
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Experience using AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency in a work capacity strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
