Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in executing various campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including research and coordination of promotional efforts.
Develop and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and print collateral.
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, industry conferences, and promotional events.
Support branding efforts by ensuring consistency across all printed materials and company messaging.
Conduct market research and compile data to help analyze industry trends and customer insights.
Assist in writing and editing marketing content, press releases, and internal communications.
Manage relationships with vendors, printers, and agencies for marketing-related projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with event planning and campaign coordination is a plus.
