Job Summary:

The Advertising Marketing Coordinator contributes to overall marketing efforts by assisting with the execution of marketing initiatives to include event planning, lead generation campaigns, special section coordination and other duties as assigned by the Revenue Operations Director. Other duties include research, meeting communication, coordinating projects and writing promotional materials. Requires strong communication skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support the strategies and promotions under the direction of the Revenue Operations Director.

· Coordinates internal initiatives including special sections.

· Build, schedule and send marketing/lead generation emails to various databases and provide a weekly report on performance of each.

· Keep an active list of all products, sites, events and projects marketing is responsible for managing.

· Manage and update ongoing marketing projects.

· Work with Director Revenue Operations on any company events.

· Support new marketing initiatives.

· Assist with and work with other Leadership team members on marketing requests from other departments in the company.

· Be able to handle data entry and other similar duties with deadlines.

Minimum Education & Work Experience Requirements:

Four-year college or university program certificate; or one to three years related experience and/or training in the marketing, public relations, journalism field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.23 – $24.03 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
