Job Summary:
Athena Bitcoin is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a variety of brand and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a passion for crafting compelling marketing materials. You’ll play a key role in managing brand presence across digital platforms, supporting campaigns, coordinating production, and ensuring the accuracy of our national footprint across nearly 3,500 locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support SEO/SEM efforts to enhance visibility and digital performance
Maintain and update location listings across online directories to ensure brand consistency
Coordinate the creative development and production of marketing collateral, working with both internal teams and external vendors
Assist with design and updates of marketing materials using Adobe Suite under the direction of senior marketing staff
Develop and manage email templates and campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., SendX)
Manage project timelines to align marketing deliverables with broader company goals
Monitor and maintain social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; assist with content scheduling and posting
Research and recommend new marketing channels and strategies to support brand expansion
Qualifications Required:
2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and CRM platforms
Experience with WordPress is a plus but not required
Excellent time-management, communication, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
