Assembly is looking for a highly motivated and driven growth marketer leader who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and loves solving unique business challenges. As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our demand generation efforts and driving revenue growth. In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop and execute an integrated demand generation model that aligns with our go-to-market strategy, quarterly pipeline goals, and yearly marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy and Execution
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align on priorities and develop the strategy, planning, and execution of our integrated demand generation model.
Strategize and implement integrated campaigns through a results-driven approach, leveraging both existing and new channels/techniques to support enterprise pipeline goals.
Own objectives across the marketing funnel, from Inquiry to SQO to Closed Won, tracking and optimizing performance at each stage to create a predictable demand generation engine.
Build end-to-end funnel programs that convert, using data-driven decision making and creativity to identify the most effective channels, messaging, value propositions, and calls to action.
Forecasting and Budget Management
Develop and manage the yearly marketing budget to support demand generation initiatives and achieve revenue growth targets.
Forecast and track marketing spend and performance to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with budget.
Collaborate with finance and leadership to adjust the marketing budget as needed based on performance and changing business priorities.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Continuously optimize the demand generation funnel to improve conversion rates and drive pipeline growth.
Leverage inbound and product-led sales strategies to accelerate pipeline generation efforts.
Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Reporting
Partner with the Analytics and RevOps teams to develop and track key metrics, including marketing performance measurement, budgeting, strategic planning, and marketing systems/data.
Own the demand funnel analysis, diagnosing pipeline generation issues and proactively solving them.
Define KPIs and implement measurement, analysis, benchmarking, and reporting methods to gauge the success of demand generation initiatives.
Marketo experience required; admin preferred.
Sales Alignment
Ensure a highly productive relationship with the Sales team, aligning on campaign and target account strategy to drive pipeline growth.
Serve as the face of marketing enterprise pipeline reporting to the GTM leadership.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a senior demand generation or growth marketing role, preferably in a high-growth, high-velocity environment
Proven track record of building and executing successful demand generation programs that drive revenue growth
Expertise in developing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Experience in forecasting and managing to a yearly marketing budge
Strong understanding of marketing technology, data analytics, and performance optimization
Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on and detail-oriented
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
100% Microsoft 365. Tech stack (experience preferred): Salesforce, Marketo, Microsoft PowerBI, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, G2, Linkedin Sales Nav, Contentstack, VWO, Asana, Calendly.
