Marketing Coordinator Jobs in Oakland, CA at Sandis

Duties will include marketing our services to new and existing customers, office work, basic book keeping, making spreadsheets, sending emails, making marketing calls, answering calls, designing email campaigns, scheduling staff and assisting the CEO and occasionally helping at our offsite events when needed.

Good phone manner, friendly and pleasurable demeanor required. Ability to make numerous calls and follow up with emails and letters.

Knowledge of graphics and design programs required

Knowledge of all Microsoft Office and Google Docs applications required incl. Outlook, Google Docs and Google Calendar. **This is a requirement.**

Knowledge of Mail merge, dropbox, social media required.

Knowledge of Quickbooks is a distinct advantage and you will be required to know these applications.

Must be conscientious and reliable.

Flexible Office Hours

Also some event work is required at our parties and events at occasional weekends so need to be able to do this (very seldom).

Looking for someone who wants to stay long term in a part time position. There will be some weeks that more hours are required and may have some weeks of full time work.

Salary will include hourly rate. Work days will typically be during week days with some weekend hours to check messages. Occasionally may be more full time periods during year.

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
