As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping us share our story—through social content, video production, and market research—while gaining hands-on experience in all areas of marketing.

About Us: At Roundtable Learning, we’re transforming corporate training with immersive VR, AR, and eLearning solutions. Our small but mighty marketing team is looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help us expand our reach and deliver top-notch content.

If you’re excited to wear many hats, collaborate across departments, and bring fresh ideas to the table, we want to hear from you!

Ideally, we’re looking for a part-time intern who can start with us while finishing school and transition into a full-time role after graduation. However, we’re open to other arrangements for the right candidate—so if you’re ready to dive in, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Social Media & Content Creation

Own and manage our social media calendar through HubSpot, keeping content fresh and on-brand.

Design engaging graphics and visuals in Canva and Adobe Suite for LinkedIn posts and email campaigns.

Assist in creating short-form videos (YouTube clips, social shorts) and experimenting with new content formats.

Research and recommend trending social strategies to boost engagement and expand our B2B reach.

Collaborate on thought leadership campaigns, helping manage social calendars and content distribution.

Video Production Support

Assist in video shoots by handling equipment, lighting, and coordinating in-house talent.

Help edit and format videos into snackable, social-friendly clips.

Market Research & Data Management

Conduct market research to keep our buyer personas fresh and relevant.

Support the marketing team by managing data, metrics, and insights to inform content strategies.

Identify new creative opportunities to elevate our brand and showcase our service offerings.

Who We’re Looking For:

We know you may not have years of experience—and that’s okay! What matters is your willingness to learn, multitask, and be open to feedback. Here’s what we’d love you to bring:

Creative chops: Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar design tools.

Social media savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn and an interest in B2B marketing strategies.

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) or a willingness to learn.

Organized & detail-oriented: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Collaborative mindset: Ready to jump in wherever needed and take feedback in stride.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

Creative Freedom: You’ll have the chance to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and see them come to life.

Growth Potential: Learn from a talented team of marketers and grow your skills in social, design, video, and strategy.

Impactful Work: Be part of a company transforming how businesses train their teams through innovative technology.
