About the Role:

Prevail is growing and understands the importance of branding and building out our marketing. This is a brand-new role as a Marketing Specialist. This is individual will be working with leadership in developing strategy, implementation, execution and leading this initiative both internally and externally. We are looking for an individual that will be hands on in our fast-paced environment. This person will have a proven track record of managing complex, marketing projects under demanding timelines.

Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives.

Job Functions:

Formulate marketing strategies for Prevail and its partners, working closely with senior management to align initiatives with business goals.
Plan and implement campaigns that promote engagement, aligning with budget constraints and driving solutions for user needs.
Determine media types and marketing content needed for each channel, ensuring the content enhances user engagement and aligns with brand messaging.
Analyzing website click-to-engagement conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives engagement and retention
Establish campaigns that promote features to Prevail’s target audience
Determine the type of media and marketing content, needed, and distributed to the various channels to increase engagement
Manage a content calendar to schedule the creation and planned release of each content piece, maintaining timelines for smooth project execution.
Collaborate with in-house teams and external resources to produce high-quality content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Outline a product timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution.
Develop and execute strategies for SEO and pay-per-click advertising to maximize visibility and engagement.
Analyze website click-to-engagement conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to understand what drives user retention and engagement.
Track and report key metrics, including social engagement, conversions, email open rates, and app installations. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategies.
Audit analytics to understand user demographics and engagement sources, utilizing insights to adjust marketing strategies for better targeting and results.
Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.
SEO & pay per click advertising experience is a MUST

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in digital marketing, social media, or a related field, with a strong understanding of content marketing and social engagement. Mental health or wellness sector experience is a plus.
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
Proven experience in SEO and pay-per-click advertising is essential.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, email marketing software, and social media management tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data insights.
Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events.
Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients.
Time management and organization skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
Ability to innovate content and marketing strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
Demonstrated track record of building marketing plans from ground zero is a huge PLUS
Previous experience managing a team internally or externally to execute for outcomes.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
