Marketing Coordinator – Full Time Jobs in Las Vegas, NV at J W Marriott
The Asheville Tourists are currently under a transformative 40 million dollar ballpark renovation that will be complete in April 2026. The team is looking for a Director of Marketing that will take them to the next level in fan experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop, initiate and create a strategic internal and external marketing plan
Manage all paid marketing blitzes, including but not limited to digital advertising, paid social, outdoor advertising, and radio
Develop and implement game promotions and theme nights
Manage the ballpark experience via the game script, music, video board, and in-game entertainment to achieve a memorable and engaging fan experience
Research and implement new technologies and strategies to be used to enhance marketing efforts
Maintain and update TheAshevilleTourists.com
Create and maintain brand standards
Design marketing materials such as pocket schedules, sales flyers, and game programs
Assist with developing social media posts, email marketing and content aimed at generating sales and brand growth
Develop and implement grass-roots marketing initiatives through community involvement
Sponsorship fulfillment
Respond to and solve guest comments, questions, and concerns
Creation and development of professional proposals and presentations
Assist with the total operation of all McCormick Field events
Must be able to do basic physical functions such as clean, pickup trash and pull tarp in inclement weather conditions
Must be able to work nights and weekends
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Must have graphic design experience, well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite
Must have experience in digital marketing
Minimum two years in Professional Baseball
