Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator – Membership Growth & Retention to lead digital marketing initiatives focused on increasing membership sign-ups and improving retention rates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Acquisition:

Develop and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube, etc.) to drive new membership sign-ups.

Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and ad creatives to improve conversion rates.

Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to membership-related content.

Manage A/B testing for ads, emails, and website elements to enhance performance.

Membership Retention & Engagement:

Design and execute email/SMS marketing automation to nurture and retain members.

Develop loyalty and referral programs to encourage upgrades and renewals.

Utilize retargeting strategies to bring back potential and lapsed members.

Analyze churn rates and develop campaigns to reduce cancellations.

Analytics & Optimization:

Track and report on KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention rates, conversion rates, etc.).

Use Google Analytics, CRM tools, and ad platform insights to refine marketing strategies.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools.

Experience with subscription products

Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and membership marketing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).

Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent project management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
