Marketing Manager
We are a distillery and cocktail bar/restaurant in Hartford. We have moved into a lifestyle brand and are looking to grow. We are constantly evolving and changing and looking for someone who can rise to the occasion and be a part of our creative, dynamic team. We are looking to move into new markets with our brands and achieve clear refreshed focus on existing markets.
We are looking for a marketing manager with heavy graphic design experience. You MUST HAVE FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE in marketing. Duties will include creative direction working closely with our founder on the direction of imaging for the company. You will also take over web site content maintenance, email blasts, and social media. You will track campaign performance and create performance reports.
We are looking for someone who is SMART, happy, outgoing, responsible, ethical, kind, and thoughtful. It would be great if you have alcohol brand, restaurant, or distillery marketing experience. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently. Also need to be able to problem solve and move between different jobs efficiently. We are looking for someone who is well groomed, stable, and understands the need for aesthetics in all areas of the job.
We create all of our own content, so photography and videography would be necessary as well. We do photo shoots of cocktails frequently, as well as product shots and candid photos.
We have opened a cocktail bar and restaurant in downtown Hartford and will need brand maintenance, advertising and content for this as well.
NO criminal record. Must be 21 and must have a healthy relationship with alcohol.
