About the Role:
NatureTats is looking for a self-sufficient, creative, and detail-oriented assistant to help manage weekly email and social media marketing, content scheduling, and listing management.
You’ll be following existing marketing procedures, but we also need someone who can think ahead, implement their own ideas, take initiative, and improve systems over time. If you’re someone who solves problems instead of waiting for answers, we want you on the team.
Weekly Responsibilities:
Marketing Emails
Follow our pre-made yearly email marketing schedule
Write micro-emails (1 per week, 1-3 sentences, 1-3 pictures, CTA)
Basic layout and scheduling
Social Media Management
Follow our marketing creation process documents
Pinterest: Schedule pins Tailwind
Instagram/Facebook: 3 posts per week (create branded posts, carousels, BTS reels, etc.)
TikTok: Repurpose short-form video content
Creative Team Collaboration (occasional)
Work with the creative team to help create new content (wear tats, take photos, BTS videos, etc.)
Listing Management (occasional)
Create and optimize product listings following process documents, with focus on SEO and general consistency
Process Documentation & Improvement (occasional)
Update and improve workflow docs to keep things efficient and consistent
Total Weekly Hours: 20
Pay: $20/hr (~$1,600/month)
Opportunity for increased hours and pay based on performance, impact, and contributions to the team’s success.
Work Environment & Culture
Our small home studio is bright, highly optimized space designed for creativity and efficiency. It’s a converted single-car garage with natural light, a peaceful view of nature, and a practical layout for our small team. The space is primarily used for order fulfillment, packaging, and creative operations, with dedicated desks for the business owner, fulfillment manager, and you. A work laptop will be provided for seamless collaboration, file sharing, and secure logins.
For the first several months, we’d like you to work in person at the studio to ensure a smooth onboarding process and hands-on access to our products. As we establish a rhythm, we’re open to scheduling some remote work.
