Marketing Manager – Social Media & Content Creation

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our social media and content strategy, driving brand awareness and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic social media content plan across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu (RED), and WeChat.
Manage and grow our brand’s social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement and follower growth.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and platform-optimized content (graphics, videos, reels, and written posts).
Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and influencers to create compelling campaigns.
Analyze key metrics and performance data to optimize content strategy and report on ROI.
Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, algorithms, and audience preferences.
(Preferred) Assist in bilingual marketing efforts targeting Mandarin and English-speaking audiences, particularly in China-focused markets.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of social media best practices, analytics, and audience engagement strategies. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).

Experience in influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Strong writing and communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a big plus). Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven with an ability to multitask.Bonus Skills:

Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu).
Previous experience in an international marketing role or bilingual content strategy.
