Overview
Conrad Care Inc. is seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive client growth, manage direct communications, and represent our services in various settings. This role combines responsibilities in marketing, sales, and client relationship management to support and expand Conrad Care’s reach and impact. The successful candidate will engage in cold calling, email marketing, in-person presentations, and events, while also conducting supervisory visits to clients as needed.

Responsibilities

Sales Outreach and Communication

Execute cold-calling campaigns to potential clients, referral sources, and industry partners.
Draft, manage, and respond to emails, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Schedule and conduct in-person presentations to introduce Conrad Care’s services to prospective clients and partners.
Represent Conrad Care Inc. at community and industry events, promoting services and fostering relationships.

Marketing Support

Assist in creating, implementing, and monitoring targeted marketing campaigns.
Gather and analyze client data to identify potential service gaps and optimize future campaigns.
Work with the marketing team to enhance Conrad Care’s online and offline presence.

Client Supervisory Visits

Conduct regular supervisory visits to clients’ residences, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and caregiver performance.
Document findings and provide feedback to Care Coordination teams to improve service standards.
Act as a liaison between clients, families, and caregivers to address any service issues promptly.

Collaboration and Reporting

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and visit reports.
Report weekly on client feedback, sales activities, and progress towards targets.

Driving and Travel

Travel frequently to client locations, stakeholder engagements, events, and meetings within the assigned region.
Ensure compliance with Conrad Care’s driving and travel policies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience: Prior experience in care coordination, social work or sales particularly in healthcare, homecare, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
Flexibility to attend events or make client visits outside regular business hours occasionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
