Job Description:
The Advertising Assistant will work closely with the advertising and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth execution of promotional activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Job: Full time
Pay: $17.00 – $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for advertising campaigns, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor communication.
Maintain and organize advertising files, records, and inventory of promotional materials.
Monitor and track the progress of advertising campaigns, preparing regular reports for the team.
Communicate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of advertising assets.
Proofread and edit advertising content to ensure it aligns with the company’s branding guidelines.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
