We are an Automotive Lighting&Parts Company looking for a candidate to perform a variety of tasks both for social media marketing and customer service. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content, including posts, images, videos, stories, and graphics tailored for different social media platforms.
Platform Management: Manage and monitor the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience to build a strong community.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Ad Creation: Design and optimize ads for various platforms, targeting specific demographics and customer segments.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and issues through social media, providing timely and effective support. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications:
2-3 years proven experience on digital marketing.
In-depth understanding and hands on experience with various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Preferably with some understanding of the automotive parts/lights industry.
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
