About the Role:

As a Marketing Manager at Exploros, you will play a pivotal role in our mission-driven growth. You will be responsible for building and engaging a strong community of educators and administrators who champion our platform, driving lead generation, and crafting marketing messages that reflect our brand and deeply resonate with K-12 teachers, schools, and districts.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Building: Cultivate and expand a network of enthusiastic users (teachers, schools, and districts) who advocate for Exploros and drive word-of-mouth growth via social media, online channels, and at in person conferences.
External Presence: Exploros is THE leading social studies company in the nation, and is known and loved by teachers and students. However, today our external presence still lacks widespread awareness, and we’re looking for someone to elevate that.
Inbound Lead Generation: Develop and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads from educators and school administrators interested in adopting our platform.
Brand Messaging: Create compelling, consistent marketing messages that reflect the Exploros brand, communicate our value proposition, and resonate with our target audience.
Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, social media content, and email campaigns, to engage and convert prospects.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and ensure a unified message across all touchpoints.
Analytics & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize strategies, and report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech or a related field.
Proven track record of building and nurturing social media communities that drive engagement and advocacy.
Strong understanding of outbound and inbound marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
Exceptional ability to create consistently engaging content that drives followers and engagement
Data-driven mindset, with experience using marketing analytics to guide decisions and improve performance.
Self-starter with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to execution, managing priorities and deadlines without constant oversight.
Creative problem solver with a knack for finding innovative ways to connect with target audiences and differentiate the brand.
Highly organized with strong project management skills, ensuring that multiple initiatives are executed on time and at a high standard.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
