Responsibilities
Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling and networking.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
Manage and develop relationships within your assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in our CRM system.
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape future sales strategies.
Requirements
Experience in Boat/Yacht Sales, and boating industry.
Captain license, boating license, experienced boater.
Great understanding on boat operations.
Proven experience in direct sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
