For 30 years, Premier Chiropractic has been a cornerstone of health in Pearland, TX, with two flourishing locations. We are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager who is a community-oriented, savvy marketer to lead our efforts in strengthening our local presence and expanding our Personal Injury New Patient referral business.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and promote events and workshops that position our practice as a leader in chiropractic and rehabilitative care.
To establish a strong referral network, and foster relationships with local businesses, medical professionals, and legal entities.
Craft and execute comprehensive relationships to solidify our presence in the Pearland area.
Spearhead local initiatives that resonate with our community and engage potential patients.
Develop targeted strategies to grow our Personal Injury patient base through effective referral programs.
Drive the creation of educational and promotional materials tailored to the needs of accident and injury patients.
Monitor and refine strategies based on performance data and community feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to develop and grow referral-based business, particularly in the Personal Injury sector.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in healthcare.
Residency in Pearland, TX, or willingness to relocate to ensure immersion in the local market.
