The marketer will promote Bridgeway Senior Living to the community and is responsible for the overall Health Care Center Census including Skilled, Intermediate and Sheltered Care.
Responsible for marketing health care services to the external market including hospitals, physicians, orthopedic offices, and other viable referral sources by means of:
Providing informative luncheons for discharge planners at local hospitals to build relationships Educating the community on Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation services offered at Bridgeway Senior Living.
Arranging referral sources to tour Bridgeway Senior Living and help facilitate relationships with the Administrator, DON, and other key associates.
Assists and works closely with the Director of Nursing and Administrator in advertising efforts, special events, educational seminars, community senior fairs, and other outreach events to promote the entire community.
Explores new business opportunities and partnerships with referral sources including, but not limited to, hospice companies, home health organizations, hospitals, physician groups, orthopedic centers, senior centers, parish nurses, etc.
Documents outreach activities and contacts to track daily marketing efforts
Maintains an accurate record of skilled beds in the Health Care Center and strategically manages availability for appropriate placement of Medicare patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
