Marketing Coordinator

Being a Marketing Coordinator requires you to be an outgoing, self-motivated and extremely coach-able individual. You must also be highly perceptive and flexible in your interactions with customers, with the ability to accurately read each situation. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people. You’ll also be responsible of leveraging your relationships for both catering and marketing.
Pay Type: Starting up to $18/hr

Responsibilities and Duties:
Develops, builds, & maintains relationships in the community to benefit our marketing and catering
Fields catering calls, schedules meeting with potential clients
Ensures that effective systems are in place to maintain a clean, organized, & safe catering environment in order to serve safe food and follow all Chick-fil-A requirements
Responsible for the communication, follow-up, and overall execution of the guests Pickup or Delivery catering experience
Assist with Chick-fil-A’s catering program and oversee fulfillment, delivery, and execution of catering orders
Creates & executes a yearly marketing plan
Constantly generates new ways to advertise to target market
Tracks coupon redemption and analyzes promotion effectiveness
Offers samples of new products to customers
Seeks to build catering business outside of the store
Seeks to build a catering team
Will lead a team in executing an (ADP) Additional Distribution Point
Stays informed of & executes market and corporate-level promotions
Organizes & advertises in-store family events
Designs creative for marketing promotions
Creates social media posts and monitors responses and page interactions
Processes donation requests
Exhibits professionalism in every situation
Must love to smile & connect with people, make eye contact & speak enthusiastically
Assists in deliveries & catering orders
Displays a desire to grow and continuously improve him/herself
Serves as a coach & mentor to others in the restaurant
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
Must have prior leadership experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
May be required to provide motor vehicle history from the DMV
Must have valid auto insurance
Must be 18 or older
Proven ability to display high levels of professionalism, honor, dignity, and respect
Basic ability to organize and track completed work
