We are looking for a dynamic senior marketing professional that will be responsible for designing and executing the company’s marketing strategy, covering all products and services to support the businesses growth ambitions. This individual will be empowered to be creative and think outside the box. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the internal marketing team and external agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies that are unique, increasing brand awareness and market share.
Key Responsibilities
Review the current marketing strategy and make recommendations, develop and implement an exciting strategy that is the right one for the business today, ensuring all marketing operations are aligned with the business
Lead on all branding activities
Present marketing strategies to the board of Directors and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage and develop a small marketing team and external partners
Manage the marketing budget
Experienced using analytics tools to measure campaign success and drive brand growth
Key Experience
A creative thinker that can design unique and interesting campaigns
Hands on and passionate about the execution, ensuring the every day marketing activities align with the overall vision
Superpower in digital marketing and SEO
Relevant professional experience and educational background
The ability to influence others
Proven track record in managing successful campaigns
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
