Anguleris, a global leader in construction technology, is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts for two of its flagship brands, BIMsmith and Swatchbox. BIMsmith is the leading platform for architects and designers to research and download product data (BIM content), while Swatchbox is revolutionizing how architects and designers interact with building materials.

As the Marketing Director, you will drive the overall marketing strategy for both platforms, ensuring strong brand positioning, growth, and lead generation. Role Overview:

Are you a marketing expert with a passion for technology and innovation? We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director with 7+ years of experience to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Swatchbox and BIMsmith. You will build and lead a team, working closely with cross-functional departments to align marketing strategies with business goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for BIMsmith and Swatchbox to drive brand growth, demand generation, and user acquisition.
Align marketing initiatives with company objectives and ensure the execution of key marketing activities to achieve business goals.
Provide leadership to the marketing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance across both platforms.

Brand Management:

Own the brand strategy for both BIMsmith and Swatchbox, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and communication across all channels.
Elevate the brand presence of both platforms by crafting and executing compelling brand narratives that resonate with architects, designers, and industry professionals.
Champion the voice and identity of both brands to strengthen awareness and engagement.

Growth & Demand Generation:

Drive demand generation strategies to increase qualified leads, conversions, and overall user growth for both platforms.
Oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and ensure they meet performance targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and sales initiatives

Content & Product Marketing:

Lead the content marketing strategy, overseeing the creation of engaging and informative content that educates and inspires the target audience of architects, designers, and building professionals.
Work closely with product teams to plan and execute successful product marketing initiatives that communicate the value of BIMsmith and Swatchbox solutions.

Event Marketing & Public Relations:

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies for industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance visibility and brand credibility.

Data-Driven Insights:

Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and continuously optimize for improved ROI.
Monitor competitive landscape, audience trends, and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and adapt strategies accordingly.

Budget & Resource Management:

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, content creation, and events.
Provide clear direction on resource prioritization and oversee external partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in marketing roles with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position, ideally within the tech or digital platform space.
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
Strong track record of scaling digital platforms through content marketing, SEO, demand generation, and digital advertising.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
Experience managing budgets and working with data analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction industry
Advanced graphic design and creative skills (especially Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with international marketing and global brand strategies
