We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Team Member Trainee to support senior team leaders in qualifying prospects, promoting products and services, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented individual who thrives in a customer service-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior team leaders and managers with assigned tasks, ensuring timely and accurate execution while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with team members to implement daily outreach initiatives as directed by the Senior Manager.
Contribute to the planning and scheduling of weekly outreach campaigns.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team’s objectives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a team-based or leadership role is preferred.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $990.74 – $1,193.16 per week
