We are looking for a Marketing Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently with minimal supervision and enter leads set by our brand ambassadors at home/trade shows as well as the entry forms for our give aways. If you have amazing speed and attention to detail and want to work with the best marketing team then we want YOU!
Responsibilities
Enter and update customer information from leads set at home and trade shows.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across our CRM.
Assist in pulling deed information and property values for current and potential customers.
Collaborate with marketing manager regarding internet lead sources and sending them back to the lead source for credit.
Perform quality control checks to eliminate duplicate or incorrect entries.
Conduct research to update missing information in marketing databases.
Support the marketing team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
✔ Experience: Previous experience in data entry, marketing, or CRM management is a plus.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Lead Perfection) is a bonus.
✔ Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Speed & Accuracy: Ability to input data quickly and correctly.
✔ Scheduling: Ability to work 8am-12pm or 5pm-9pm and every other weekend
