Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Digital Content Creator to support Moodster Media with administrative tasks while managing and creating digital content. This role requires experience in podcast production, website management (WordPress), and social media content creation. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and technical skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Assistant Duties
Manage schedules, appointments, and emails
Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and document organization
Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
Digital Content Creation & Management
Develop, edit, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, and podcasts
Write and format blog posts, articles, and newsletters
Design simple graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools
Optimize content for SEO and engagement across platforms
Podcast Management
Assist with recording, editing, and publishing podcast episodes
Manage podcast scheduling and guest coordination
Upload and distribute podcasts on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
Create show notes, transcriptions, and promotional materials for each episode
Website Management (WordPress)
Update and maintain WordPress websites (plugins, themes, security)
Create and edit web pages, blog posts, and landing pages
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers when necessary
Monitor website performance and analytics
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, or similar role
Proficiency in WordPress, podcast editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition), and social media platforms
Strong writing and editing skills (content writing, blogging, and copywriting)
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and basic graphic design
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Job Types: Internship, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
