The Marketing Director will oversee the strategic direction and execution of all marketing andcommunicationefforts for our client’s brands. The Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in driving revenue,customer engagement, and brand loyalty throughinnovativestrategies and campaigns tailored to thedynamicneeds of the hospitality industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, emphasizing customer acquisition, retention, and brand differentiation.
Identify opportunities to grow market share and revenue through targeted campaigns, seasonal promotions, and guest-focused initiatives.
Digital Marketing:
Lead efforts in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, ensuring data-drivenoptimizationof campaigns.
Oversee website management, ensuring functionality, user experience, and alignment with brand identity.
Creative Services & Brand Management:
Manage the production of high-quality marketing materials, including digital and print assets, presentations, menus, and promotional materials.
Direct creative storytelling through photography, videography, and multimedia campaigns.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across allcommunicationchannels.
Internal Communications:
Collaborate with the Executive and Administrative Teams to execute internalcommunicationinitiatives such as newsletters, intranet updates, training materials, and staff events.
Public Relations & Partnerships:
Foster relationships with media, influencers, and key partners to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to elevate our client’s brand presence and offerings.
Performance Metrics & Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for growthor improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in aleadershipor managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including customer behavior, seasonal trends, and competitive dynamics.
Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.) and platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
Experience in data analysis and performance reporting to guide decision-making.
Exceptionalcommunicationand presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
Creativity andinnovationin developing guest-focused campaigns that resonate in the hospitality space.
Familiarity with reputation management platforms such as Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Google Reviews.
Knowledge of event marketing and experience coordinating marketing support for hospitality-related events or festivals.
Oversees interns, marketing coordinators, and other support staff as needed.
May manage agency relationships and vendor deliverables.
Work is typically performed in an office environment, with occasional travel to client properties and external events.
Availability for weekend and evening events or deadlines may be required.
